For more than 25 years, Kozlowski Homes has been – and continues to be – one of the premier custom home builders in Naperville and the western suburbs of Chicago. What many people do not know is that Kozlowski Homes also offers home remodeling packages.

At Kozlowski Homes we do not remodel homes – we reinvent them. Our goal with every existing home project is to redesign multiple areas of a house and give them a “new home” feel.

The following is a list of redesign options available through Kozlowski Homes:

Replace front door
Add stone trim to masonry facades
Replacement of EIFS (Dryvit) with masonry/stone and cedar siding*
Custom wood or stone fireplace redesigns
Full Kitchen redesign*
Stair redesign – replace wood spindles with iron balusters
Wood or stone flooring
Add crown moldings and trim
Add custom columns
Interior door and hardware replacement
Master Bath redesign
Add fireplaces
Light and/or plumbing fixture replacement
Custom entertainment center installation
Custom bar installation
Study trim upgrades, i.e. coffered ceilings, built-ins, wainscoting
Finished basements*, or expansion and upgrade of existing basements

Options noted with an asterisk can be done as stand-alone projects.

All other options are contracted as packages of a minimum of three to four projects, i.e. stair redesign, add crown molding, replace all lighting, etc. Many of these projects go “hand-in-hand”, are well suited for combining, and are meant to “reinvent” a house.
